Social Responsibility

Social Responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility in urban transport companies should focus on ensuring an accessible service, including for people with disabilities, that is safe, sustainable and equitable, with a genuine commitment to the community, the environment and stakeholders.

Social responsibility goes beyond being a distinctive feature, beyond a logo; it should be a fundamental part of the company's purpose, strategy and objectives. According to the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (CEMEFI), a company that is socially responsible focuses on ensuring that its operations are economically, socially and environmentally sustainable, recognizing the interests of the different groups with which it interacts and seeking to preserve the environment and the sustainability of future generations.

Active Participation

  • Ecological and Safe Fleet: Constant investment is made in new units, with increasingly environmentally friendly technology and greater safety for operators and road users.
  • Environmental Volunteering: Active participation in volunteer work, such as beach cleaning, to preserve natural resources.
  • Creative Reuse: We look for ways to take advantage of and give new life to resources. For example, a project was recently carried out to transform two dry boxes that were no longer useful for transporting goods into recreational spaces for employees.
  • Female Empowerment: Women's empowerment workshops have been given, such as learning how to change a tire, taught by one of the collaborators, which aimed to promote gender equality and the learning of practical skills related to the environment.
  • Employee Wellbeing: In order to promote a healthy environment, “Health Week” is held each year, during which various workshops are held, as well as medical check-ups, in addition to extra workshops that are held throughout the rest of the year.
  • Responsible Waste Management: We are committed to disposing of generated waste responsibly to minimize environmental impact.
